Anyone seen a movie called "Scrapbook"?

My friend and I were trying to find a good scary movie, something truly terrifying, whether it’s old or new. I think we’ve seen everything good, but I was reading about this movie called "scrapbook" that is supposed to be pretty messed up. Can anyone tell me how good or bad this movie is?

Considering it was made on such a slim budget it’s not a bad film at all. However, it is nowhere near as impressive or disturbing as many critics from cult movie magazines would have you believe. It is pretty graphic though, featuring strong scenes of a sexual nature and one inclusion of urophilia.

What kind of hobbie should i take up?

I don’t mean like knitting or scrapbooking, i mean like what that girl Julie does in Julie and Julia. (a movie) That girl cooks her way through a cookbook, and i think doing something like that would take up all my spare time and be really fun!!! What do you guys suggest???

What you are talking about is a career. A hobby is something you do for fun, not to get paid to do it, and something you LIKE to do, not do because it’s your job or that you are expected to do.

This question has been asked countless times already — go through the archives and look at some of the answers given there already. But you know that you can’t choose a hobby.. a hobby has to choose you. You will see when it happens.

Scrapbookers/card makers, could you give me some adhesive advice?

I like to make postcards by joining two same-size pieces of paper together so that they form basically one card. Obviously the adhesive I use will have to be strong, and I would especially not want the edges to come apart after they have been joined. What adhesive do you recommend for this application?
It should read, "I would like to make postcards…"
Cardstock is fine, but I still want to be able to affix other pages to it (to add pictures, for example). Hope that clears it up.
I didn’t actually mean regular paper, I was thinking of thicker paper like cardstock. But I still want to glue two pieces together.

I make a lot of regular cards in invitations, where I do not want a layer to come apart I have found that Mono Adhesive, Permanent Applicator, Refillable or Mono Aqua Liquid Glue work the best. The first is like a tape the second it a glue, I choose depending on how heavy the paper/stock is I am using. If the paper is thinner the Liquid Glue is not a good choice as it can "wave" the paper. Both have play time for repositioning but become permant in 24 – 72 hours.

What is a good crafting hobby for begginer or than scrapbooking?

I would like to start a hobby where I make nice things but I’m a begginer so what would you suggest other than scrapbooking? I just can’t get into scrapbooking. Also If you can suggest a hobby could you suggest a good website or book to learn how to do it? Thanks So Much.

Beading is a great beginning craft. their are many books on the shelf. its not nearly as expensive either. You can order beads and books from fire mountain and gems.com. Thwy are on awesome source.

What to do at a sleepover?

I’ve hosted two sleepovers in my life and I am 13 years old. I am having another one this coming spring break and I want it to be a fun party. But I dont want to do what I did last time. What games or things can we do at the party? Nothing little girly like making pillow cases or scrapbooking or something. Also, what movies should I rent for this?

Scrapbookers – What person do you journal in?

This maybe is a odd question but I’m sitting here doing some journaling for pages I’ve completed and I find that I journal in the first person and then at the end of the paragraph I’m journeling in the second person? Do you journal like your talking to strangers reading – or for instance if your doing your childs album do you journal like you are talking to them. I’m working on our family album so some are family pictures, some are just of my daughter. Or does it even matter at all??

Personally I don’t think it matters. Perhaps on one layout (page) you should try to be consistant, but over a whole album – I don’t worry.

My journalling varies between talking about ‘we did this…we did that ….’ to ‘You are a beautiful …..’ to addressing the reader. I think I just go with what ever feels right for that particular layout(page).

Remember there are no ‘rules’ in scrapbooking!!

When scrapbooking and buying special background paper, do you still use the album paper?

I am just getting into scrapbooking due to the new addition in my family. I am wondering, when you go out and purchase the nice pretty background paper, do you glue that to the provided white paper of the scrapbook or do you omit the white paper and just use the pretty paper?

I have chosen to not glue anything to the scrapbook white board. I figured if I need to change my mind on order of the pages, it’s impossible with something glued to both sides. So I just get a background paper and attach everything to that, then slide it in (in front of the white page). If you mean, do you utilize the white paper as part of the background, and just decorate the white paper…no, I don’t do that either. I like lots of decoration and cover every square inch.
Either way, your choice.
